Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock Repurchase Program From the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2019 through September 6, 2019, Ciena repurchased an additional 417,819 shares of its common stock, for an aggregate purchase price of $17.3 million at an average price of $41.38 per share, inclusive of repurchases pending settlement. As of September 6, 2019, Ciena has repurchased an aggregate of 3,299,383 shares and has an aggregate of $370.8 million of authorized funds remaining under its Stock Repurchase Program.
