Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock Repurchase Program From the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2019 through March 6, 2019, Ciena repurchased an additional 390,902 shares of its common stock, for an aggregate purchase price of $15.8 million at an average price of $40.54 per share, inclusive of repurchases pending settlement. As of March 6, 2019, Ciena has repurchased an aggregate of 982,799 shares and has an aggregate of $463.0 million of authorized funds remaining under its Stock Repurchase Program.
