for the Pacific Value, Pacific Portfolios, Pacific Innovations Select, Pacific Innovations, Pacific One Select, Pacific One, Pacific Odyssey, Pacific Select Variable Annuity and Pacific Select Variable Annuity II variable annuity contracts issued by Pacific Life Insurance Company
