OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES	OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSESOther, net is primarily comprised of intangible asset amortization expense, currency-related gains or losses, environmental remediation expense, acquisition-related transaction and consulting costs, and certain pension gains or losses. Acquisition-related transaction and consulting costs of $1.0 million and $1.6 million, respectively, were included in Other, net during the three months ended April 2, 2022 and April 3, 2021, respectively.
