Other Costs and Expenses	OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES Other, net is primarily comprised of intangible asset amortization expense, currency-related gains or losses, environmental remediation expense, acquisition-related transaction and consulting costs, and certain pension gains or losses. During the three and nine months ended September 28, 2019, Other, net included a $3.5 million net benefit and $17.1 million charge, respectively, related to acquisition-related transaction costs. During the three and nine months ended September 29, 2018, Other, net included $8.4 million and $23.7 million of acquisition-related transaction and consulting costs, respectively. In addition, Other, net included a $77.7 million environmental remediation charge recorded in the second quarter of 2018 related to a settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"). Refer to Note R, Contingencies, for further discussion of the EPA settlement.
