Other Costs and Expenses	Other Costs and Expenses Other-net is primarily comprised of intangible asset amortization expense, currency related gains or losses, environmental expense and merger and acquisition-related charges, primarily consisting of transaction costs. During the three months ended March 30, 2013 and March 31, 2012, Other-net included $15.6 million and $10.2 million in merger and acquisition-related costs, respectively.
