Contract assets and liabilities are immaterial. Receivables from contracts with customers is a component of accounts receivable, net on the Consolidated Balance Sheets. As of both March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, $1.2 billion represented net receivables from contracts with customers.

Remaining performance obligations primarily consist of in-transit freight revenues, which will be recognized in the next reporting period. As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, remaining performance obligations were $232 million and $248 million, respectively.
