Subsequent Events	Note U – Subsequent Events In January 2020, the Company withdrew $13,167 from the New Vernon India Fund limited partnership, which reduced the Company's investment in this limited partnership. On February 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Protective Insurance Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend per share will be payable March 11, 2020 to shareholders of record on February 26, 2020.
