Subsequent Events	(13) Subsequent Events: On August 7, 2018, the Board of Directors of Protective Insurance Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend per share will be payable September 4, 2018 to shareholders of record on August 21, 2018. Effective August 1, 2018, the Company changed its name to Protective Insurance Corporation to better align its operational and market identities to reflect its position within the transportation and workers' compensation insurance industry.
