Employee Benefit Plans	Note H - Employee Benefit Plans The Company maintains a defined contribution 401(k) Employee Savings and Profit Sharing Plan (the "Plan") which covers nearly all employees who have completed one year of service. The Company's contributions to the Plan for 2012, 2011 and 2010 were $1,539, $1,452 and $1,497, respectively.
