Employee Benefit Plans	Note H - Employee Benefit Plans The Company maintains a defined contribution 401(k) Employee Savings and Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”) which covers nearly all employees who have completed one year of service. The Company's contributions to the Plan for 2011, 2010 and 2009 were $1,452, $1,497 and $1,292, respectively.
