Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 24, 2014, Acacia announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend payable in the amount of $0.125 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on or about August 30, 2014 to stockholders of record at close of business on August 4, 2014. Future cash dividends are expected to be paid on a quarterly basis and will be at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
