Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 17, 2013, Acacia announced that its Board of Directors approved a third quarterly cash dividend payable in the amount of $0.125 per share per quarter. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on November 29, 2013 to shareholders of record at close of business on November 1, 2013. Future cash dividends are expected to be paid on a quarterly basis and will be at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
