On August 18, 2008, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the declaration of a semi annual cash dividend of $0.28 per common share, payable on September 19, 2008, to shareholders of record as of September 5, 2008. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
