Assets Held For Sale	Assets Held For Sale At June 30, 2019, the company classified $2.985 billion of net properties, plant and equipment as “Assets held for sale” on the Consolidated Balance Sheet. These assets are primarily associated with upstream operations that are anticipated to be sold in the next 12 months. The revenues and earnings contributions of these assets in 2018 and the first six months of 2019 were not material.
