Subsequent Events	18. Subsequent Event On February 2, 2023, the Company acquired Ziath Ltd and its subsidiaries (‘Ziath’). Based in Cambridge, United Kingdom, Ziath is a leading provider of 2D barcode readers for life sciences applications. Founded in 2005, Ziath’s innovative 2D barcode readers are a key component of the laboratory automation workflow serving pharmaceutical, biotech and academic customers worldwide. The acquisition was completed for a purchase price of $16 million, subject to working capital and other customary adjustments.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
