Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events Dividend On April 26, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on June 28, 2019 to common stockholders of record as of June 7, 2019. Dividends are declared at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors and depend on the Company’s actual cash flows from operations, its financial condition and capital requirements and any other factors the Company’s Board of Directors may consider relevant. Future dividend declarations, as well as the record and payment dates for such dividends, will be determined by the Company’s Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
