The Company's integrated circuits and systems provide a wide variety of signal processing attributes that are incorporated by its globally diverse customers into numerous end products in the PC, Consumer Electronics, Industrial and Automotive markets. These products generally provide connectivity, networking, or input/output control solutions for a variety of high-speed communication, computer and related peripheral, consumer electronics, industrial control systems or automotive information applications. The market for these solutions is increasingly diverse, and the Company's technologies are increasingly used in various combinations and in alternative applications.</font></font></div></div>1.
