Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated February 27, 2023, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires  and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated February 27, 2023, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima ("IRSA" or “the Company”), informs that, due to the early redemption of all the Series II outstanding Notes on February 8, 2023, the Company has requested the cancellation of the rating services provided by Standard & Poor's on a global and national scale for Argentina, and therefore, the Company's credit rating has been withdrawn. It is stated for the record that there is no discrepancy regarding the methodology used by Standard & Poor's.
