Attached is the English translation of the letter dated February 10, 2023, filed by the Company with the Bolsas y Mercados ArgentinosS.A. and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated February 10, 2023 IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. (the “Company”) reported that it has resolved to early redeem the Series IX Notes maturing on March 1, 2023 for USD 58,174,905 plus accrued interests.

The proposed redemption will take place on February 17, 2023, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the Prospectus Supplement for Series IX Notes.
