Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated July 7, 2020, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires  and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated July 7, 2020, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima ("IRSA") released a material fact in relation to IDB Development Corporation Ltd. ("IDBD") investment in Clal Insurance Enterprise Holdings Ltd. ("Clal"), announcing that on June 28 and July 6, 2020 IDBD sold 4,791,618 shares of Clal, that it owned through swap transactions, at a price of NIS/share 30, representative of 7.1% of the share capital.

As a result of these transactions, IDBD’s stake in Clal decreased to 8.5% of its share capital.
