By letter dated June 8, 2016, the society reported that IDB Development Corporation has informed to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that during the hearing held yesterday regarding the liquidation request by the bondholders of the Series 9, the Court of Tel Aviv district has rejected the appointment of interim liquidator and the injunction measure requested by the bondholder's trustee. A new hearing regarding this request is set for September 13th, 2016. The Company will continue informing to the market any relevant news regarding this matter.
