The Company recorded depreciation expense on property and equipment of $31 and $45 for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. The Company has entered into various lease agreements for computer equipment, which are classified as finance leases. See Note 8, Leases, for more information.

The Company recorded immaterial impairment charges during years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021.
