INVENTORIES

Inventories, net of reserves at December 31, 2020 and 2019 consisted of the following:

On a regular basis, the Company evaluates its inventory balances for excess quantities and obsolescence by analyzing demand, inventory on hand, sales levels and other information. Based on these evaluations, inventory balances are reserved, if necessary. The reserve for inventory was $2,782 and $4,281 at December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
