Fair Value of Financial Instruments	The Company’s financial instruments include cash, accounts receivable and payable, short-term borrowings, accrued liabilities, other short-term liabilities, capital leases, notes payable and related party debt. The carrying amount of these instruments approximates fair value because of their short-term nature. The carrying value of the Company’s long-term debt, including the current portion approximates fair value as of September 30, 2013.

The entire disclosure of the fair value measurement of assets and liabilities, which includes financial instruments measured at fair value that are classified in shareholders' equity, which may be measured on a recurring or nonrecurring basis.
