DIVIDENDS	DIVIDENDS On April 24, 2014, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The aggregate payment of $2.8 million was made on May 22, 2014 to shareholders of record as of May 8, 2014.
