MAJOR CUSTOMERS	MAJOR CUSTOMERS During the three and six months ended June 30, 2014, distributors A and B accounted for 25% and 19% of total net revenues, respectively. During the three months ended June 30, 2013, distributors A and B accounted for 35% and 23% of total net revenues, respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2013, distributors A and B accounted for 33% and 22% of total net revenues, respectively. These distributors sell Micrel's products to many customers across various end markets. At June 30, 2014, distributors A, B, and C accounted for 30%, 18%, and 12% respectively, of total accounts receivable. At December 31, 2013, distributors A and B accounted for 36% and 11%, respectively, of total accounts receivable.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact.
