SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS

SIGNIFICANT CUSTOMERS

During the three months ended March 31, 2013, two worldwide distributors accounted for $18.5 million (31%) and $12.5 million (21%) of net revenues, respectively. During the three months ended March 31, 2012, two worldwide distributors and one direct customer accounted for $15.7 million (26%), $9.4 million (15%) and $8.1 million (13%) of net revenues, respectively. These distributors operate globally and regionally to sell Micrel's products to many customers across various end markets.

At March 31, 2013, two worldwide distributors accounted for 35% and 14%, respectively, of total accounts receivable. At December 31, 2012, one worldwide distributor and an Asia-based distributor accounted for 28% and 14%, respectively, of total accounts receivable.
