Micrel Board Approves 2010 Share Repurchase Plan
 
On February 5, 2010, Micrel’s Board of Directors authorized the Company to repurchase up to $15.0 million of its common stock through December 31, 2010. The repurchases may occur from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions through December 31, 2010. The timing and amount of any repurchase of shares will be determined by the Company’s management, based on its evaluation of market conditions and other factors.
