In order to comply with West Virginia regulations enacted in 2017, the Company has elected to accrue $780,000 for tank remediation. The amount of the accrual is based on various assumptions and estimates and will be periodically reevaluated in light of a variety of future events and contingencies. For example, subsequent to the completion of the tank remediation we expect to have feedstock, which, depending on pricing at the time, may have a value of up to $300,000.
