Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), in order to report that pursuant to the provisions of Act no. 27,541 and Decree no. 1020/20; tgs, the Ministry of Economy and the Gas Regulatory Body (ENARGAS) entered into an agreement called “Renegotiation Transitory Agreement. Transition Tariff Scheme: Transitory Adjustment on the Natural Gas Transportation Tariff” (the “Agreement”), which provides for a 60% increase in natural gas transportation tariffs as from March 2022, to be enforced through an ENARGAS Resolution.

It is worth pointing out that the Agreement has entered into force on this date, as of publication in the Argentine Official Gazette of Decree no. 91/2022 whereby the Executive Branch ratifies said Agreement.
