Dear Sirs,

The purpose hereof is to inform -pursuant to the requirements of the regulations under the United States Securities and Exchange Act- that in its meeting held on November 26, 2014, TGS’ Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Pablo Sebastián Benchimol Director in order to replace Mr. David René Jacoby, following his resignation effective October 17, 2014. Mr. Benchimol had been appointed Alternate Director by the Shareholders’ Ordinary and Special Meeting held on April 30, 2014.
