RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	Note 6. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION We paid consulting fees of $15,412 and $34,021 to an entity owned by one of our directors during the three and six months ended September 30, 2013 and $13,251 and $38,812 during the three and six months ended September 30, 2012, respectively. We paid consulting fees of $3,991 and $3,991 to an entity owned by our Executive Chairman during the three and six months ended September 30, 2013, respectively, and $24,358 and $71,607 during the three and six months ended September 30, 2012, respectively.
