RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	Note 6. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION We paid consulting fees of $14,500 and $29,103 during the three and six months ended September 30, 2020, respectively, and $16,500 and $36,594 to an entity owned by one of our directors during the three and six months ended September 30, 2019, respectively.
