Related Party Transactions	NOTE 4. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to related parties AAGC has advanced funds to pay certain expenses of the Company. The Company formerly owned a 51% interest in AAGC. At December 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018, the total amounts owed to AAGC were $301,307 and $237,354, respectively.
