On June 10, 2021, Redwood Trust, Inc. issued a press release announcing its Board of Directors’ authorization to declare a second quarter regular dividend of $0.18 per share. The second quarter 2021 dividend is payable on June 30, 2021 to stockholders of record on June 23, 2021.

REDWOOD TRUST ANNOUNCES DIVIDEND INCREASE OF 13% FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2021

MILL VALLEY, CA – Thursday, June 10, 2021 – Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a 13% increase in the company’s quarterly common stock dividend to $0.18 per share for the second quarter of 2021, up from $0.16 per share for the first quarter of 2021. This marks the company's 88th consecutive quarterly dividend. The second quarter 2021 dividend is payable on June 30, 2021 to stockholders of record on June 23, 2021.

"We are pleased to increase the dividend we pay to shareholders. The second quarter dividend marks the third dividend increase in the past year and represents the strength of the earnings power from both our operating platforms and our investment portfolio.
