ICN PHARMACEUTICALS ANNOUNCES WEBCAST FOR ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

COSTA MESA, Calif., May 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICN Pharmaceuticals
(NYSE: ICN - News) today announced that it will webcast its 2002 Annual
Shareholders' Meeting for shareholders and other interested parties who
cannot attend the meeting in person. The shareholder meeting will be held
