Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies Standby letters of credit for $2.2 million and $3.9 million secured our performance on professional services contracts, certain facility leases and potential liabilities as of December 31, 2019 and June 30, 2019, respectively. The letters of credit expire at various dates through fiscal 2025.
