Commitments and Contingencies	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES From time to time, the Partnership and its General Partners are parties to legal proceedings which arise in the ordinary course of the Partnership's business. The Partnership is not currently involved in any litigation for which the outcome would, in the judgment of the General Partners based on information currently available, have a materially adverse impact on the results of operations or financial condition of the Partnership, nor is management aware of any such litigation threatened against us.
