Includes 955 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock issued to Brendan MacDonald and 122 shares of the Issuer's issued to Common Stock to Jeff Giller under the Issuer's 2016 Stock Plan as director fees for board and committee service, as applicable, for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Giller are members of StepStone Group Real Estate Holdings LLC, general manager of StepStone Group Real Estate LP, the sole member and investment manager of StepStone Rep III (GP), LLC, the general partner of SREP III Flight-Investco, L.P. The terms of their employment with StepStone Group Real Estate Holdings LLC provide that all director fees received by each of them are for the sole benefit of SREP III Flight-Investco, L.P. Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Giller, as representatives of the Reporting Person, are Directors of the Issuer.
