TREASURY STOCK	14. TREASURY STOCK: The Company did not repurchase any shares of its common stock during fiscal 2024. The Company repurchased a total of 2,363 shares of its common stock during fiscal 2023 for cash totaling approximately $0.4 million. All repurchased shares were recorded in treasury stock at cost.
