TREASURY STOCK: The Company repurchased a total of 74,880 and 12,036 shares of its common stock during fiscal 2018 and fiscal 2017, respectively, for cash totaling approximately $7.7 million and $1.1 million, respectively. All repurchased shares were recorded in treasury stock at cost.
