DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends on its common stock and convertible preferred stock totaling $0.2 million and $0.3 million for the three and six month periods ended March 2015, respectively, and $0.2 million and $0.3 million for the three and six month periods ended March 2014, respectively.
