Income Taxes	INCOME TAXES On a quarterly basis, we record our income tax expense or benefit based on our year-to-date results and expected results for the remainder of the year. We recorded minimal income tax provisions for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013. The net tax provision for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013 and July 1, 2012 is the result of the mix of profits earned in tax jurisdictions with a broad range of income tax rates.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
