Commitments	Total rent expense per year was €150 for 2020 and €150 for 2019. The lease of the Company’s Lausanne, Switzerland facilities and the lease of the Company’s facilities in Leiden, the Netherlands, can be terminated in 2022 with a six month notice as of September 30, 2021.
