Note 5. Commitments and Contingencies

Total rent expense per year was E117 for 2013 and E112 for 2012. The lease of the Company’s Lausanne, Switzerland facilities and the lease of the Company’s facilities in Leiden, the Netherlands, can be terminated in 2014.
