Intangible Assets	Note 2. Intangible Assets Intangible assets consisted of in-process research and development at September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011. During the year ended December 31, 2011, a license contract intangible asset was returned to Mymetics and therefore it has been fully impaired and written off. Amortization of intangibles amounting to E144 has been recorded during the nine month period ending September 30, 2011 and none for the respective period in 2012.
