Note 8. Shares Withheld

The Company withholds shares of common stock from its employees and directors at their request, equal to the minimum federal and state tax withholdings or proceeds due to the Company related to vested PSUs, stock option exercises and vested RSUs. For the three months ended June 26, 2022 and June 27, 2021, the aggregate value of the shares withheld totaled $137,100 and $28,900, respectively.
