Shares Withheld The Company withholds shares of common stock from its employees and directors at their request, equal to the minimum federal and state tax withholdings or proceeds due to the Company related to vested PSUs, stock option exercises and vested RSUs. For the six months ended September 29, 2019 and September 30, 2018, the aggregate value of the shares withheld totaled $870,200 and $111,100, respectively.
