Note 8. Shares Withheld

The Company withholds shares of common stock from its employees and directors at their request, equal to the minimum federal and state tax withholdings related to vested PSUs, stock option exercises and vested RSUs. For the nine months ended December 30, 2018 and December 24, 2017, the aggregate value of the shares withheld totaled $111,100 and $65,400, respectively.
